Géraldine Woessner

Géraldine Woessner was born in Mulhouse in 1978. After graduating in history and journalism, she spent ten years covering politics for Radio France and BFM TV, before moving to Canada and then the United States as a permanent correspondent for Europe 1. Joining Le Point in 2019, she covers subjects at the crossroads of science and politics. Her unique perspective on agriculture, energy and the environment, coupled with a pro-science approach, has made her an influential voice in French journalism. Editor-in-chief of the Environment section since 2022, Géraldine Woessner is also an author, engaging her readers in profound reflections on contemporary challenges.
