Terms & Conditions
The Status Match program is available exclusively to new customers of PONANT EXPLORATIONS GROUP. Guests with an existing booking or who have previously travelled with PONANT EXPLORATIONS GROUP are not eligible.The Commodore status of the PONANT Yacht Club is not part of the Status Match programme. It can only be obtained through cruise experience with PONANT EXPLORATIONS GROUP. Status Match guests do not receive a physical loyalty card.The PONANT EXPLORATIONS GROUP Status Match schemes only applies to loyalty cards from other cruise lines. The equivalency is based on a comparison of each programme’s status qualification criteria. Once you have completed the online form, a confirmation email will be sent to you. A copy of your loyalty card will be required to validate your equivalency.The Status Match can only be performed once per guest. If you hold several loyalty cards, please select the one you wish to use. This choice is final and cannot be modified. Discounts and benefits apply exclusively to new bookings and cannot be applied retroactively.PONANT EXPLORATIONS GROUP reserves the right to refuse or cancel any status equivalency for any person who violates the terms of this programme. The Status Match offer may be modified or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
