Preparing a trip is already starting to dream... We are available at any time to advise you and pre-book your flights, experiences or immersive stays before and after your cruise.

In the days following your reservation, you will receive an email inviting you to create your personal MY PONANT account.

A few days after your booking

You will be notified of the opening of sales for pre- and post-cruise programs, with the opportunity to make a reservation.

14 to 11 months before your departure

We will invite you to update your details on MY PONANT as we organise the formalities for your departure.

9 to 6 months before your departure

You will receive your final invoice by email, and we will provide you with the procedures to complete before your departure.

6 to 2 months before your departure

You will receive your travel documents by email.

1 month before your departure

An SMS summarising useful boarding information will be sent to you.

3 days before your boarding
